TwinBridge warrants to the original purchaser only, the CD-ROM or disk(s) on which the Software program is recorded to be free from defects in material and faulty workmanship under normal use for period of thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. If during this period a defect in a CD-ROM or disk(s) should occur, the CD-ROM or disk(s) and proof of purchase must be returned and TwinBridge will replace the CD-ROM or disk(s) without charge to you. No refund if the seal of the package is broken.
Except for the express warranty of the original CD-ROM or Disk(s) set forth above, this software is provided “as-is”, and TwinBridge grants no other warranties express or implied, by statute or otherwise, regarding the software, the CD-ROM or disk(s) and related materials, their fitness for any purpose, their quality, their merchantability, or otherwise. The liability of TwinBridge under the warranty set forth above shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the product. In no event shall TwinBridge be liable for any special, consequential, or other damages under any breach of warranty, breach of contract or ANY OTHER EQUITABLE OR LEGAL CLAIMS.
TwinBridge is a distributor only. Products sold by TwinBridge are not manufactured by TwinBridge. The products may, however, be covered by each manufacturer's warranty, service, and support policy (if any). TwinBridge assigns and passes through to the Customer any warranty of the manufacturer, and Customer acknowledges that it shall have recourse only under such warranties and only as against the manufacturer of the products. TwinBridge makes no representation or express warranty with respect to the product except those stated in this document. TwinBridge disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, as to any such product, including and without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and any implied warranties arising from statute, trade usage, course of dealing, or course of performance.
TwinBridge adopted Standard FedEx/USPS delivery. It might takes 2 to 7 business days for the locations in the continental United States . For drop-shipment by manufacturer or Vendor, the delivery time may vary.
For Non-USA Customer : Customs and import duties are charged to the customer once the package reaches the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and will vary from country to country, even customer decides to refuse the delivery. We cannot determine what these fees will be. We recommend that our customers contact their local customs office for details on how these charges are assessed and applied. We will ship during weekdays, excluding holidays.
You may return unopen product within 30 days of your product's shipping date. After 30 days, for any questions regarding technical support, warranty information, product manuals or repair locations, please contact the manufacturer directly. Special items may subject with no return/refund, please refer product description page.
All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). NO returns, of any type, will be accepted without a RMA number. Please provide the following information when calling or emailing for a RMA number: customer name, invoice number, serial number and the nature of the problem. Customer should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product.
All products to be returned must be received within 14 days once the RMA# is issued. Customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product to TwinBridge. Customer agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customer agrees to bear all shipping charges and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment. Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include the original packaging material, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. If any component of the returned product is missing, TwinBridge's Return Procedure will be breached and TwinBridge will reject the entire return or may choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing component.
If however, a package is returned missing any of the manufacturers supplied accessories or there is obvious damage or visible wear and tear to the unit TwinBridge reserves the right to refuse the return, or a restocking fee of up to 15% may be applied. "No returns will be accepted if the manufacturers box and/or packaging material is missing".
No returns or exchanges
We cannot accept certain return items as follows:
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after the shipping date.
Any CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap).
Any software, font, or media via internet download method.
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
Any television, electronic dictionary or large home items.
All defective products will be accepted directly by TwinBridge for credit or exchange within 30 days from the date of shipment. If part of a product is defective, please return the whole product, including all manuals and accessories, in the original packaging. (We will only accept a return or exchange of an exchange order up to 14 days)
In cases the item is defective the customers are responsible for return shipping. We realize that it is not the customers fault if a product is defective, but please understand it is not our fault if a product is defective -- we ship what our distributors & manufacturers provide us with. This is why we share the shipping costs associated with a return replacement. The customer will pay for return shipping, and we will pay to ship the replacement. We cannot offer our everyday low prices and absorb the full cost of handling return shipments. If you choose to return a defective unit for a refund, the shipping and handling charges are non refundable.
We will fully refund you for any Non-Defective unopened item for any reason (shipping not included), excluding the merchandise mentioned above. If you request a replacement, we will ship your replacement after we receive and process your returned product. If you need a replacement right away, we suggest you request a credit (rather than a replacement), when you obtain your RMA number. Then place a new order. The new order will be shipped as soon as we have product available and your credit will be applied approximately 10 days after we receive the product you are returning.
